ToolSimply publishes free calculators and AI prompt collections for education and convenience. Nothing on this website is an official result, admit card, counselling allotment, or professional advice. Read this page before you rely on a number or a prompt.

1. Nature of the site

ToolSimply is an independent web publication. Tools run in your browser using formulas described on each tool page. Prompt articles are copy-and-paste collections for use with third-party AI products. The site is provided free of charge for public use, with no signup required.

Content is for general information only. It is not academic counselling, legal advice, financial advice, medical advice, or a substitute for your university’s controller of examinations, an exam conducting body, or a licensed professional.

2. No affiliation or endorsement

Unless we state otherwise in writing, ToolSimply is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any university, college, school, public examination authority, counselling body, or AI vendor. Names such as UPSC, NTA, NEET, SSC, IBPS, MPSC, TNEA, Anna University, CBSE, SRM IST, IGNOU, ChatGPT, and Gemini are used only to describe the kind of calculation or prompt a visitor is looking for.

Trademarks remain the property of their owners. Use of a name does not imply that the organisation has reviewed or approved our formula or our wording.

3. Calculator results are estimates

A result on ToolSimply is only as good as (a) the formula we implemented, (b) the options you selected (for example which university percentage rule), and (c) the numbers you typed. Rounding, grace marks, withheld results, revaluation, relative grading, extra credits, audit courses, and late official circulars can all change the “real” figure.

  • Always match the formula to the latest notification for your programme and year.
  • Do not submit a ToolSimply screenshot as an official transcript.
  • If two official documents disagree, the university or board wins — not this website.
⚠️ Do not make irreversible decisions (paying a counselling fee, declining a college, skipping a backlog exam) solely on a ToolSimply output. Confirm with the official portal or office.

Grades and percentages

SGPA, CGPA, and percentage converters follow the method described on each page (including selectable university scales where offered). Credit-weighted CGPA, repeat attempts, and institution-specific exclusions may not be modelled. SRM and IGNOU tools follow the schemes documented on those pages; they are not the registrar’s official computation.

5. Attendance tools

Attendance percentage and 75% planners are what-if helpers. Colleges count medical leave, duty leave, condonation, and “total classes held” in different ways. Your college’s attendance software or mentor is the authority, not this site. A “classes you can bunk” figure is a planning estimate, not permission to miss class.

6. Exams, negative marking, and cutoffs

The negative marking calculator uses the penalty you enter. Official keys, normalisation, multi-shift scaling, and withheld papers can change a real score. Cutoff calculators that mention TNEA, medical, agriculture, or CBSE-style out-of-200 methods implement the published pattern shown on the tool page; counselling ranks also depend on community, nativity, special reservation, and year-specific rules we may not encode.

7. AI prompt collections

Prompts are creative starting points. AI models can produce inaccurate, biased, or infringing content. ToolSimply does not generate the image or text for you and does not review what a model returns. You must:

  • Follow the AI product’s terms and safety rules.
  • Avoid prompts that impersonate real people without permission or that target minors.
  • Check copyright, trademarks, and personality rights before you publish AI output.

We do not warrant that a prompt will work on every model version or that output is unique.

8. External links and third parties

Links to official notifications, university sites, or AI products are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or privacy practices. Google Analytics and Cloudflare operate under their own terms (see the Privacy Policy).

9. Errors, delays, and updates

We try to keep formulas current, but exam rules change. Pages can contain mistakes. We may update a tool without notifying you personally. The date on a page or this disclaimer is not a certification that every rule in India is reflected.

If you spot an error, email hello@toolsimply.com with the tool URL, inputs, and a link to the official formula. See alsoContact.

10. No liability for reliance

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ToolSimply and its operators are not liable for loss of admission, employment, marks, reputation, or money arising from use of or inability to use the site, including incorrect calculations, outdated rules, downtime, or AI-generated content produced from our prompts. Further limits are in theTerms of Service.
